This collection contains all documents related to the formal complaint submitted by the Ceehalé World Heritage Foundation and three Sri Lankan citizens to the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS). The filing challenges the Sri Lanka Accountability Project (SLAP), the external mechanism established under UNHRC Resolution 46/1, and aims to promote transparency and informed public dialogue on its implications for Sri Lanka.
